Yoga & Movement Classes
Candlelight Restorative: Tuesdays, 7:30pm – 8:30pm
Time to slow down and just breathe. Aylee’s candlelight restorative yoga class will help you relax and restore while promoting nervous system health. Class will begin with breathwork and a short flow before moving into longer held restorative poses. Blankets, bolsters and blocks are used to help students comfortably settle in, allowing the body to open at its own pace. In this class we cultivate awareness and bring gentle attention to areas we hold tension, consciously release and let go. All levels welcome; appropriate for beginners and those new to yoga.
In this unique class, students tune in to find both inner and outer body health. Asana, meditation, qigong and self cultivation practices are incorporated into a heart-centered flow. Acupressure, Chinese medicine concepts and essential oils are explored as well. This class encourages students to connect with their intuition and sense what moves them closer to balance. All levels welcome; props will be used to modify poses.
Vinyasa Flow: Fridays, 10:45am – 11:45am
The perfect way to begin your weekend. Aylee’s vinyasa flow class starts with breathwork as we connect with the body. Students are then guided through postures, synchronizing breath with movement while cultivating self awareness and alignment. Upbeat music plays in the background as we awaken our strength, energy, and flexibility together. All levels welcome, with options for more challenging poses.
